There are many delightful and picturesque settings on the property where you can hold your wedding ceremony.  The most popular place for weddings is in the circular garden where the historic entrance to the homestead creates a perfect location for the wedding ceremony.  Guests seated in the garden below enjoy a perfect view of the ceremony and the wedding party.

You can create lasting memories of your special day in your choice of settings. The entire garden offers many unique features and distinct aspects for your wedding photographs.

Function Room and Catering 
At Athol Gardens, we are passionate about providing what it takes to make your special day unique and truly memorable for you and your guests. You will experience fine food, superb presentation and professional service at Athol Gardens. 

For formal dining, your guests will be served in our beautifully appointed, modern indoor/outdoor reception room where they will enjoy delicious menu items that have been created from fresh local produce and be served by professional, attentive and friendly staff.  This venue has seating for up 110 guests. 

If you are looking for something a little less formal, we can arrange for your guests to be served in a special marquee on the croquet lawn.  This venue is ideal for more casual functions and is suitable for up to 150 guests.

Planning your Wedding 

Weddings are very personal occasions and must be planned down to the last detail.  At Athol Gardens we understand that every couple has their own special needs and preferences and our functions manager can help you to plan your own unique country garden wedding.  In addition to venue and catering, we can advise you on the following services:
• Wedding celebrant
• Photographer
• Florist
• Live music
• Wedding cake 

We can also arrange accommodation for the wedding party and guests in our Stables Cottage or in nearby accommodation.

Wedding Packages 

At Athol Gardens, we offer a choice of wedding packages which include canapés on arrival, exquisite three course dinners including tea and coffee, room and venue hire, table settings and beverages. We can also tailor packages to suit your own special needs. Athol Gardens is fully licensed.

We also offer accommodation for the in the Stables Cottage, our fully restored 1865 cottage in the grounds from
$200 per night, per couple. 
Additional guests are $30 each.
